Our Technology
We utilize state-of-the-art CAD/CAM systems, including ExoCad, and advanced milling machines to craft custom dental solutions with unparalleled precision and efficiency. While we are a digital lab, we still accept traditional impressions. Our scanner features dual 5.0 MP high-resolution cameras that meticulously capture every detail with ultra-high accuracy. We recommend using PVS impression materials for the best results.

Services & Responsibilities: We offer a range of dental lab services, including crowns, bridges, nightguards, implants, and more. The dentist (our client) is responsible for providing accurate patient information, including impressions, bite registrations, and specific restoration requirements.

Order Process & Timelines: Orders should be placed with clear instructions. While we commit to meeting delivery deadlines, external factors (e.g., material shortages, shipping delays or case complications) may cause minor setbacks. We will keep you informed of any significant delays.

Quality Assurance: We take great pride in the quality of our work. All restorations undergo a thorough quality control process. In the unlikely event of a defect due to our workmanship or materials, we will correct or replace the product at no additional cost, provided the issue is reported within a reasonable time frame.

Communication & Approvals: Clear communication is essential to ensuring your satisfaction. You are responsible for reviewing and approving final products before delivery, and any changes or corrections after approval will be at your expense.

Payment Terms: Payment for services is due within 30 days of the invoice date (Net 30) unless otherwise agreed upon. Invoices will be issued upon completion of the service.
Late Fees: Payments not received within 30 days will incur a late fee of 2% of the outstanding balance per month or part thereof.
